At Liptocare, we care about your satisfaction. We realized that there might be times when you may wish to cancel your order or would like a refund; we will always strive to make this process as easy and simple as possible.


Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before shipment by calling us at support@liptocare.com or by telephone: +91-8595069494. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order, however you can request a return once your product has been delivered in accordance with our Returns policy.


Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products at the time of delivery. If you wish to request a refund, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order by providing valid proof (photos), and return the products. You can only return products that are unused, unopened and in the original packaging, unless they were shipped faulty.

Refund Process:

Once the product has been returned to us and inspected, payment will be refunded within 7-10 business days for approved refunds. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment. Shipping costs cannot be refunded, unless it was an error by us (the seller).


Non-Refundable Items:

There may be certain products (for example personal hygiene products) that you cannot return for health and safety reasons. In this case you would not be able to get a refund when you have opened, tried or used it. Please check the descriptions and details of the products before you commit to finalizing your order.
